Wellbeing is vital for all of us: we’re happier, more productive and more motivated when we feel good mentally, emotionally and physically, and when we feel connected with other people and nature.
I develop and manage wellbeing activities and programs for the workplace and community groups. Designed to help participants take a proactive approach to their wellbeing, they are fun, motivational and engaging. Topics might cover physical activity, mental health, nutrition, financial wellness, connection and spiritual wellbeing.
