What is health and lifestyle coaching?

Most of us want to feel healthy and vital.

But it’s not always easy to adopt healthier behaviours – and then maintain them. Life has a habit of getting in the way; we run out of energy, time or motivation and go back to our old ways.

And sometimes, the thought of making changes is so overwhelming we don’t even know where to start.

Coaching helps you get crystal clear on what you want, and why (your ‘vision’), and create an achievable step-by-step plan to get there.

I support you, and help keep you accountable, motivated and inspired every step of the way.

We work through your challenges and celebrate your achievements so you’re always taking small, positive steps towards your vision and reaching your goals.

Coaching puts YOU in charge of your health and wellbeing, so you gain the confidence to make lasting changes.

It’s scientifically based (using positive psychology, coaching psychology and behaviour change) – and it’s fun – so it works! You’ll be empowered to create the healthy habits you want, in your timeframe.

What health and lifestyle coaching isn’t

Coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat illnesses (this should be done by a qualified health professional). As a coach I don’t tell you what to do or make decisions for you – but I will help guide, inspire, motivate and empower you to feel confident to take charge of your own wellbeing. If, as part of your coaching program, you feel you would benefit from working with a specialist who can provide complementary services, I’ve developed a large network of people including personal trainers, dietitians, nutritionists, naturopaths, massage therapists, yoga teachers, EFT practitioners etc.
